Terms & Conditions
Warranty on Modifications	All equipment modifications are warranted for 60 days, the remedy to be repair, replacement, or refund at the option of Genesee Sound. GS is not responsible for failures unrelated to equipment modifications.

Indemnification	Although care is taken to conform with best practices for safety, and in many cases upgraded components are actually safer than in their stock form due to uprated and higher quality components, customers agree that Genesee Sound and Glenn Weadock are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the operation of any equipment upgraded, modified, or tuned by Genesee Sound. It is the responsibility of customers to ensure that their equipment is positioned and operated in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations.

OEM Warranty Issues	Many modifications performed by GS will void original equipment manufacturer warranties. Component upgrades are therefore recommended for out-of-warranty equipment. Note that turntable and cartridge adjustments typically do not affect OEM warranty status.

Payment Terms	Payment is due upon delivery of services for consulting, and due upon delivery of upgraded equipment for modifications. A deposit may be required for special-order parts purchases that exceed $50.00.

Pick Up and Delivery	Pick up and delivery service is available for the following rates:
	$20.00/trip, Denver/Golden/Evergreen
	$30.00/trip, Boulder
	$40.00/trip, Breckenridge/Vail

Privacy Policy	Your privacy matters. Genesee Sound will not use the names of any customers in promotion or advertising without their express written consent. Genesee Sound will not share any information about customers with any other entities, except as may be mandated by law enforcement officials.
